Hello. I hope I can find a specking partner who can help me improve my Portuguese. I’m on A2 and have a real challenge to understand native speakers due to speed of conversation. If somebody can assist me with some conversations I would highly appreciate. I live in Cascais, close to city center.

You never know - my idea was that you could reach out to the members who participated in that other thread and see if it’s still a need that they also have or if they could share with you the local solution(s) found at the time, if any. In the meantime, with some luck, other new people might also pitch in here
