Faz sentido vs Tem sentido

To say “(it) makes sense”, is it better/more common to use:
-Faz sentido, or
-Tem sentido

I believe I have heard both used, but I wonder which would be the better way or the more correct way.

Obrigado!

@dwbrace Both are fine to use :slight_smile: Personally, I hear and use “faz sentido” more.

I’ve been taught faz sentido & the one time I said it the other way I was corrected by someone who works there who told me to use faz sentido so I have ever since.

I would really like to buy a T-shirt with the above in a modest, graceful design. :grin:
There is a wonderful concise yet open ambiguity in “faz sentido” that spans heart and mind, individuals and the world. Does that make sense and feel good to one and all?

@joseph :pray: ?
