What would be the real-world difference in saying “Ando bem” rather than saying “Estou bem” when answering the question “como esta ?”
@jaxthedoon, “estou bem” relates more to “now”, while “ando bem” relates more to “lately”. So, it’s not a very fitting answer when someone asks “Como estás?”, since the question is focused on the present moment. But if someone asks something like “Como tens andado?” (How have you been?), “Ando bem” would be fine to use.
