What’s the difference between a tenda and a barraca?
When I look it up in the smartphrases, it looks like both are tents, but barracas encompass stands and stalls.
Does that mean all tendas are barracas?
@chokers_gossips6h, in European Portuguese, we normally reserve barraca for stands/stalls/shacks/sheds. Tenda would be for tents. There seems to be more of an overlap in Brazilian Portuguese.
