Olá queridos amigos! My name is Bryan, and after a few months of using Practice Portuguese, I thought I might introduce myself. In short, I first came to Portuguese as a student of maritime & especially Indian Ocean history, (for example Moçambique, Goa, Melaka, Macau, Timor Leste). Along the way, I became fascinated with Portuguese history & culture in general, and have been to Portugal a number times. In the future, I’m hoping to spend more time there, and of course to visit other parts of the Portuguese-speaking world.
