I speak many languages, and have many co-workers from Portugal; so when I decided to go visit them this summer I decided to pick up some Portuguese language skills. I’m not going to tell them at first, should be fun!

Well done, I’m sure they will be delighted you have made the effort.
You’re definitely in the right place then. So many people who decide to come to Portugal prepare themselves with Brazilian Portuguese, and that doesn’t work out so well. This site and its organization of content is the best I have seen for any language, and it’s even very helpful to someone like me who has lived in Portugal for over a decade.
