This is an AI-driven learning app that advertises European Portuguese as one of the languages it supports. They do quite a bit of advertising.
It doesn’t work though - it uses Brazilian Portuguese grammar (or some sort of a mix). They won’t give a trial and won’t give your money back once you purchase, despite the app not working. I’m not sure whether it’s a legitimate business at all. Don’t fall for it if you study European Portuguese.

I’ve noticed that the beta version AI chatbot on Memrise uses a lot of Brazilian idiomatic expressions and grammar. (It also keeps calling me “querida” no matter the context. )
Be wary. I decided to give it a try. When I tried to install the app there was an unauthorised debit to my credit card, picked up by the bank. Co-incidence?
