We can use a few different terms, such as lote, parcela, or simply horta as a more casual, generic option. In official communications from councils, you might also see the term talhão. The simplest, most everyday translation for your sentence would be: Eu cultivo vegetais na minha horta. Since horta may apply broadly to allotments, home vegetable gardens, etc., you can always add more context/specificity if prompted.
