Hello, does anyone have experience with stray cats and the national CED project? Which should take care (the medical part: sterilization, castration and vacination). We live in North East Portugal (regio Guarda) during automn and spring and have by now two nests, that is 6 cats in total, which are fed by us and sleep in our shed. It takes time and effort to get the municapality to do their part of the care! Hope you have suggestions.
