Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to figure this out with no luck yet! Does anyone know if cats have to be quarantined in a facility if moving from the U.S to Portugal? My husband and I are thinking of moving but are trying to figure out the pet policy. Thanks!
I don’t think that quarantine is even an option: they must comply with the health regulations (chip, vaccinations, possible blood test to confirm effectiveness of rabies vaccine) and their arrival must be registered in advance, then they can enter the country.
