I frequently log on to the app to find my score data missing. Because I’m currently based in the US the app resets at 4 pm each day, so it can be difficult to remember if I’ve done my daily practice. Any chance this can get fixed?

Can you please report this through the app the next time it happens? (Menu >> Contact >> Technical/Bug) Doing it through the app will send us extra user/device information.
The data you’re referring to is only displayed when users are logged in, so this may be related to a cache issue with your app. Could you please delete and reinstall the app (don’t worry, you won’t lose your progress) and see if the problem improves?
